Our Culinary Journey

Amigos Restaurant is the newest fine dining destination, located in the heart of Africa's richest square mile. It is surrounded by the bustling business district, that exudes luxury and leisure all around.

The story began with a group of friends who took a trip down to Merida, Mexico. They were captivated by the people, culture , scenery and native cuisine. This sparked an idea to bring back the authentic Mexican cuisine to South Africa. Soon after, "Amigos" restaurant was established. The name signifies a group of friends who took their Mexican experience and developed it into a genuine Southern American dining encounter that commemorates the culture and food.
